A: At Watch Winders, authenticity is our hallmark. Here’s how we ensure it:
Every watch, whether pre-owned or brand-new, is 100% authentic. The serial and reference numbers remain intact. Since our inception in 2012, we’ve upheld an impeccable track record, never having sold a counterfeit watch. Our reputation is paramount to us.
Brand New Watches: These are sourced directly or indirectly from authorized dealers or distributors we’ve built trust with over the years. We ensure authenticity by exclusively dealing with reliable sources that never tamper with the watch or its serial numbers.
Pre-Loved Watches: Each pre-owned watch undergoes meticulous inspection. M Talha Jamal, the Co-owner of Watch Winders, personally verifies the authenticity of every pre-loved watch. In the rare event that a watch purchased from us is proven inauthentic, we stand by our promise: a full refund, no questions asked.

Q: Do you entertain bargains on your watches?

A: We pride ourselves on offering competitive pricing. Most of our watches are priced to sell within 90 days, and we believe they provide excellent value. We typically don’t entertain below-cost offers, especially when our prices are already market-leading. This approach helps us maintain a positive relationship with our customers. However, we review our inventory periodically and reduce prices on select pieces.

Q: Do you have a price beating policy?

A: Absolutely! At Watch Winders, we strive to offer the best value to our customers. Let us know if you find an identical product advertised at a lower price by another reputable retailer. We’ll not only match that price but aim to beat it. Here’s how it works:
Verification: Provide us with verifiable proof of the lower price, such as a link to the product page or a printed advertisement. The product must be in stock and available at a lower price from a recognized and reputable retailer.
Exclusions: Our price-beating policy does not apply to clearance sales, liquidations, special promotions, or misprints. It also doesn’t apply to offers from auction sites or private sellers.
Claim Process: Once we’ve verified the lower price, we’ll adjust our price for you. We aim to ensure you get the best value without compromising quality or service.

Q: What should I do if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

A: We apologize for any inconvenience. If you encounter such issues, don’t hesitate to contact us within three days of receiving your order. Ensure you provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and all related references. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

A: Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. We’ll notify you via Phone call once your return has been processed.

Q: When can I expect my refund?

A: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or processing your cancellation request.
